Terms of Service
The agreement between you and Anantkamal Software Labs covering your use of LeadFinder AI.
Last updated 8 August 2026
1. The agreement
LeadFinder AI ("the Service") is operated by Anantkamal Software Labs ("we", "us"). These terms form a binding agreement between us and the person or organisation that creates an account ("you").
By creating an account, signing in, or using the Service you accept these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Your account
You need an account to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, for keeping your password confidential, and for everything done through your account.
- One account is for one business. Sharing credentials across organisations is not permitted.
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
- We may ask you to verify your email address or phone number before enabling outreach.
3. Plans, trials and billing
Plans, prices, included quotas and trial lengths are shown on the pricing section and inside your account. Prices are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes are added at the point of payment.
- Payments are collected by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Each payment buys one billing period. There is no auto-debit mandate — when a period ends, your account moves to a state that asks for the next payment, and nothing is charged automatically.
- A trial, where one is offered, ends on the date shown in your account. No payment is taken during a trial.
- Quotas — leads harvested, messages sent — reset with each billing period and are enforced by the Service.
- Cancellations and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. How you may use the Service
The Service collects publicly listed business information from Google Maps and the public web, scores it, and helps you send outreach from your own mail server and your own WhatsApp number. What you send, and to whom, is your decision and your responsibility.
The Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is not permitted. Breaching it is a breach of these terms.
5. Credentials you give us
To send on your behalf the Service stores your SMTP settings and holds a WhatsApp Web session linked to your number. By supplying them you authorise us to use them solely to deliver the outreach you configure.
- SMTP passwords are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and are never returned to the browser — the settings screen shows a mask, not the secret.
- The WhatsApp session is yours. You can unlink the device from your account or from WhatsApp itself at any time.
- WhatsApp is a third-party service with its own terms. Bulk unsolicited messaging breaches them, and the number that gets restricted is yours, not ours. See the Acceptable Use Policy.
6. Third-party services and sources
The Service depends on providers we do not control: Google Maps and the public web as data sources, Google Gemini for the AI summaries and drafted copy, WhatsApp for message delivery, Razorpay for payments, and our hosting and database providers.
Their availability, terms and results can change without notice. We are not responsible for a third party's outage, rate limit, block or policy change, though we will make reasonable efforts to keep the Service working around them.
7. Your data
The leads you harvest, the copy you write and the settings you configure are yours. We store them in an isolated, row-level-scoped tenant so that no other customer can read them, and we do not sell them, share them with other customers, or use them to build a shared lead database.
- You can export your leads to CSV at any time from the Leads screen.
- You can wipe your lead database from the same screen. That deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
- What we collect, why, and how long we keep it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
8. Availability and support
We aim to keep the Service available and to give reasonable notice of planned maintenance, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime figure unless one is agreed in writing with you. Scans run in a headless browser against live third-party sites and may occasionally fail, return fewer businesses than requested, or be slowed by rate limiting at the source.
Support is provided through the support portal during business hours in India.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, design, scoring model and documentation remain our property and that of our licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for the duration of your subscription.
- You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense or white-label the Service without our written agreement.
- You may not use automated means to extract the Service's own data, or to create a competing product.
- Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens to the period you have paid for.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that puts our infrastructure or our providers' compliance at risk, or that has not paid for the current period. Where the circumstances allow it, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right.
On termination your right to use the Service ends. You remain able to request an export of your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted permanently.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the businesses it finds are accurate, current, complete, or interested in hearing from you; that a lead score predicts a sale; or that AI-generated copy is factually correct. Review what you send before you send it.
Nothing in the Service is legal advice. Whether a particular outreach message is lawful in a particular jurisdiction is a question for your own advisers.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or for the restriction or suspension of your own email domain, phone number or WhatsApp account arising from the messages you chose to send.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, penalties and reasonable costs arising from your use of the Service in breach of these terms or of applicable law — in particular complaints made by recipients of outreach you sent.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be notified by email or in the application before they take effect; continuing to use the Service after that is acceptance of the revised terms.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Maharashtra, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Before starting proceedings, please raise the issue with us through the support portal so we can try to resolve it.
